Questions about paying.
Do credits really never expire?
Yes. Buy 20,000 credits, spend 3,000 this quarter, and the remaining 17,000 are still there next year at the tier rate and volume discount you locked in.
What happens if a record is wrong?
Hard bounces and disconnected numbers are credited back automatically within 30 days of purchase. We detect them from your export and post the credit — you don’t file anything.
Is there a minimum order?
$100. Below that the admin costs more than the data.
What decides which tier a candidate falls into?
The record does. A candidate carrying all twelve points is Top tier, one carrying the six business points is Mid tier, and one carrying at least four of the twelve is Low tier. You are shown the mix before you buy, and you are never charged a higher tier rate for a record that did not meet it.
Can I buy only Top tier candidates?
Yes. You can order a single tier or a mix. Filtering to Top tier only returns a smaller pool, because far fewer candidates carry all twelve points than carry four.
How does the volume discount interact with the tiers?
It comes off the tier rate. The discount is set by the total number of candidates in the order — 20% at 5,000, 25% at 10,000, 30% at 50,000 — and applies to every record in it, whatever mix of tiers you bought.
How do I pay?
Card for any order you can self-serve. Larger orders can be invoiced on net-30 terms after certain thresholds are met.
Do you charge for suppressed records?
No. Upload your opt-outs and existing customers and those contacts are removed before purchase. You are never billed for a record you already had.
Can I resell the data?
No. Your licence is for your own business use. Resale, sublicensing and redistribution are prohibited — see the terms of service.
